+ How do I book Frankie The Creative?

Flick us through an email via our enquiry form with all your details. If your date is available, we'll create a quote to lock it all in. For all bookings, we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your date. We also require a digital contract to be signed before your booking is secured. Full payment is strictly due one week prior to your event.

+ What happens if I need to postpone/reschedule due to COVID-19?

In the event of a cancellation or postponement of your booking due to COVID-19, a refund of monies paid, minus the 50% booking fee, can be provided. The deposit can be transferred, pending availability, to a new date within 1 year of the original date.

+ How many images will I receive?

When weโ€™re photographing your event, weโ€™re not thinking about any certain number of images. Weโ€™re thinking about how to best tell your story. At the end of the day, you will receive a complete album of all the very best images. As a general guideline, we approximately capture 40 - 50 images per hour.

+ Do we need to feed you?

We're not going to lie, we love a good feed! Should you want to fuel us at your event or wedding, we would appreciate a vegan meal.

+ Are you LGBTQI+ Friendly?

110% YES! If you're in love, count us in.

+ I'm camera shy? Is that okay?

We get it. We get camera shy too! Don't stress though. We're all about capturing those raw, unposed moments, so no need to worry about poses with us. Most of the time, you won't even know we're taking photos! Just relax, and have fun.

+ Can I get all the RAW files?

No. Not really. Do you ask a chef for all the flour? We whip up something special in post-production.

+ How & when will I receive my photos?

You will receive an email with a link to your private online gallery. You can view, download and print all your images directly from there. Your gallery has unlimited downloads, so please feel free to share with friends and family. For events, we have a 1-week turnaround time For weddings and commercial, 4-6 weeks after the shoot date.

+ What if Frankie or Lewis aren't available on my date?

We have a team of incredibly talented associate photographers who we've worked with for quite some time now. They are fully qualified will be fully briefed prior to your event. We love them and their work, and we know you will too.

+ Are you insured?

We understand how important insurance is. That's why you can rest assured that we are fully insured with Professional Photographersโ€™ Insurance. We hold both public liability and photographic equipment insurance for peace of mind. If you require proof of currency, please enquire and we will provide you with a PDF copy.

+ Can we meet with you to discuss our booking?

Heck yes. In fact, we highly recommend it! We're 110% committed to your event or wedding so that means we'd love to get to know you more! We're always up for a good old chinwag at a cafe or pub. Or we could change things up and get to know each other a little better over a round of golf? We like to do things differently. Let us know and we can tee it up! No pun intended.

+ Do you only photograph events?

We specialise in events as that's what we do best, but we also shoot an array of other different subjects. We have an extensive portfolio of lifestyle, accommodation, brand, commercial, and headshot photography. Please [reach out][1] should you want to view our extended work. We take only take on a select amount of weddings each year.

+ Are you vaccinated against Covid-19?

Yes, both Lewis and Frankie are three-dose vaccinated. Should you wish to view our digital certificates, please let us know and we will send a PDF copy or present it at your event.

+ Can you make me skinny and remove my wrinkles?

Listen - we get this at least once every shoot. But no, you're you. If everyone looked the same, without their own unique look, what a mundane society we'd live in.
