Adelaide Restaurant Launch Photography: MiMi
A chilly Wednesday evening saw the launch of two things - MiMi Restaurant and an internal launch, with Lewis Whittenbury, Creative Director, and his first official gig shooting with Frankie The Creative as our Adelaide photographer. For MiMi’s official grand opening, the Adelaide Food Bloggers network was in on it as well as Paracombe Wines representatives.
To us, what makes MiMi so special is that it’s an old work colleagues latest venture for the Plus 82 Group - after the ragingly popular Korean street food Plus 82 Pocha, and Korean barbeque, Plus 82 GoGi. Many Friday nights would we end up down on Gouger Street, taking in summer nights, sipping back soju - a visceral memory.
MiMi Restaurant, 50 Sturt Street, is serving itself up to be another Plus 82 Group stalwart - with Executive Chef, Nokie’s twist on Thai cuisine, a new vegan menu and banqueting options to boot.
